HGC-1, 1022; HN Italy-1578; Johnston-G1. Obverse: Head of Hera right, wearing stephanos ornamented with palmettes; Reverse: Barley ear of six grains, with leaf to right; bird standing right on leaf. Rather elegant and highly pleasing, this charming piece presents a well centered strike with only even, honest handling. Quite RARE and appealing.
