Traite-I, 44; SNG Kayhan-1013; Boston MFA-1765-6. Obverse: Head of roaring lion right; "sun" with multiple rays on forehead; Reverse: Two incuse squares. A very early type, this example presents a rather well centered strike on the obverse, which is where the countermark--typical for the issue--occurs.
