Pr-3503. In the name and types of Alexander III (the Great). Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena right; Reverse: Nike standing left, holding wreath and stylis; Σ (date) in left field. Exceptionally brilliant and dazzling, this choice piece, though bearing the name and familiar types of Alexander, was actually struck under the auspices of Ptolemy I, the founder of the Ptolemaic dynasty in Egypt. VERY RARE when encountered this alluring and without surface issues.
