Central American Republic 8 Reales 1846/2 NG-AE/MA AU58 NGC, Nueva Guatemala mint, KM4, WR-11, Elizondo-105, Stickney-C92. CREZCA over CRESCA variety. A borderline uncirculated piece struck with mildly rusted dies, the peripheries tinged in golden tones and the reverse details similarly outlined in amber-gold iridescence. A small planchet flaw is seen to the upper left of the Ceiba tree.
