MING: Hong Wu, 1368-1398, 1 kuan (1000 cash), Pick-AA10, dà míng tong xíng bao chao in top line of text, PCGS graded F15. The one guàn (kuan) banknote, made of mulberry bark, were the biggest paper notes ever produced in the history of China. Most notes are unissued and come from two hoards found in Beijing in 1900 and 1936. This attractive note was graded lower by PCGS Currency for edge and internal tears, the most noticeable at center left. Additionally a sticker is adhered at the lower left of the reverse side.
