(4), 290 pages; 3462 lots; 5 engraved plates of coins by Dardel. Hand-priced in ink. Two catalogues, bound in one volume. 8vo, contemporary red quarter calf with mottled boards; spine with five raised bands, ruled, lettered and decorated in gilt; marbled endpapers; silk marker. Binding rubbed and a little worn, but sound and still attractive. Very good or better. Two very scarce catalogues. The Kreindler copy of the first was partly in photocopy, while it dd not include the Greek portion of the Gréau collection. Babelon 222 (both sales). Clain-Stefanelli 4979 (Gréau). Grierson 283 (Gréau): "Une des ventes les plus importantes du XIXe siècle."
