GRATIA., GRA of GRATIA overstruck, rev. crowned quartered shield of arms, nine strings to Irish harp, date either side of top crown, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, M.B.F.ET. H.REX. F.D.B.ET. L.D.S.R.I.AT.ET.E., edge grained, 16.73g (Schneider II, 569, dies 3/3; MCE 291; S.3667B). Abundant lustre, trivial contact marks and hairlines from a light wipe on obverse, sharply struck with full definition to the devices, extremely fine.
