TROAS. Lamponeia. 4th century BC. Obol (Silver, 9 mm, 0.59 g, 1 h). Bearded head of Dionysos to right, probably wearing a simple taenia (not a wreath as it is sometimes described). Rev. Λ-Α-Μ Bucranium within shallow incuse square. SNG Copenhagen 444. Sharply struck and particularly nice for the issue. Good very fine.
