Aes Signatum. AE Currency Bar, Central Italy, c. 6th-4th century BC. Large terminal fragment, "herringbone" pattern on each side. Vecchi ICC 3; Haeberlin pl. 7, 5. AE. 775.00 g. RR. mm. 70x81x26. A superb heavy example, very rare and attractive. Lovely untouched earthen olive green patina. Good VF.
