DN (N inverted)/VVIT/ICES/REX within laurel wreath. COI 63; Ranieri 298; MEC 1, 151; MIB 57. AR. 1.39 g. 13.00 mm. RR. Very rare. Sharply struck, from a masterly engraved obversr die, with an outstanding impressive portrait, and prettily toned. Minor delamination beside the obverse edge, at 4-5 o' clock, otherwise EF.
