BRUTTIUM. Kroton. Circa 530-500 BC. Stater (Silver, 28 mm, 7.67 g, 12 h). ϘΡΟ Tripod with legs ending in lion's feet, and with three handles and snakes rising from the bowl; cable border. Rev. Beautifully toned and boldly struck on good silver. Minor flan faults and with some light doubling on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
