CARTHAGE. Circa 350-320 BC. Stater (Gold, 18 mm, 9.20 g, 10 h). Head of Tanit to left, wearing wreath of grain ears, triple-pendant earring and elaborate necklace. Rev. Horse standing right; to lower right, three pellets. Jenkins & Lewis Group IIIh, 88-94. MAA 4. A splendid and lustrous piece of beautiful style. Minor die breaks on the obverse, otherwise, good extremely fine.
