KINGS OF ARMENIA MINOR. Mithradates, circa 180s-170s BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 13 mm, 0.91 g, 11 h). Draped bust of Mithradates to left, bearded and wearing upright bashlyk tied with a diadem. Rev. Lion walking left. Kovacs 28 corr. ('Mithradates I of Sophene'). Very rare and with lovely earthen highlights. Very fine.
