THRACE, Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. AR Hemidrachm (14mm, 2.22 g). Forepart of lion right, head left / Quadripartite incuse square with alternating raised and sunken quarters; I above [pellet] and grain ear in opposite sunken quarters. McClean –; HGC 3, 1437; SNG Copenhagen 835. Find patina, area of flat strike, minor roughness, some marks. Good VF.
