Rx: GENIO POP - VLI ROMANI Genius sacrificing l. over altar and holding cornucopia, PLG in exergue, B in r. field. A rare bust type. In 1980 Bastien knew just two specimens of this coin, both sharing the same obverse die with each other, in Lyon and in Vienna ex Voetter; and no new specimens were reported in the two Supplements to Bastien\'s Lyon corpus that were published in 1989 and 2003. Our example may be just the third known, and is from a different obverse die than the two examples published by Bastien.. EF
