Watch List notes:

Justin II. Decanummium; Justin II; Carthage, Decanummium, 3.95g. Cf. Berk-346, Sear-399, MIB-79, and DO-196. Obv: Helmeted and cuirassed bust facing; to l. two illegible letters followed by IVH.... Rx: Large I surmounted by two small pellets, between V / S on l. and TI / NI on r. (the N backwards). This variant with two pellets above the I on reverse was lacking in the Dumbarton Oaks Collection up to 1966, and was cited in their catalogue of that year only from Tolstoi 52. Other differences between our coin and the ones cited in the DO catalogue are the blundered first half of the obverse legend, the second half being off flan, and the backwards N followed by an I at lower right on the reverse..
