Rx: ?W ??C???? on l., TV and monogram for MHTHP (Mother) on r., Facing half-length figures of the emperor and the Virgin holding patriarchal cross between them; the Virgin wears halo, the emperor wears crown which is placed on his head by the Hand of God.
