Silk Road Region, Local Issue AV 'Solidus'. Imitating Anastasius I. Uncertain eastern mint, early-mid 7th century AD. Helmeted, pearl-diademed and cuirassed bust facing slightly to right, holding spear over right shoulder and shield; blundered legend around / VICTORIA AVGGG I, Victory standing facing, head to left, holding jewelled cross; star in left field, ONO(?) in exergue.
