CARTHAGE. c. 290-270 BC. Stater (Electrum, 18.5 mm, 7.39 g, 12 h). Head of Tanit to left, wearing grain wreath, triple pendant earring and pearl necklace with ten pendants. Rev. Horse standing to right; on ground line to right, pellet. Jenkins & Lewis Group VI, 318-20 (different dies). SNG Copenhagen 977. Well-centered and with light luster present. Extremely fine.
