Qing Dynasty. Wen Zong (Xian Feng) 500 Cash ND (March-August 1854) Certified 85 by Gong Bo Grading, Board of Revenue mint (West Branch), FD-2433, Hartill-22.712, Shanghai Museum-1730. 58.5mm. 50.2gm. Seven stroke bei variety. A wonderful survivor with deep reliefs from this short-lived large type, cast from March-August of 1854. While mild verdigris still decorates olive-brown raised features, the crispness and overall eye appeal as a whole is undeniable.
