MACEDONIAN KINGDOM. Philip II (359-336 BC). AR tetradrachm (24mm, 13.73 gm, 7h). NGC Choice XF 4/5 - 3/5, die shift. Posthumous issue of Amphipolis, ca. 336/5-329/8 BC. Laureate head of Zeus right / ΦΙΛΙΠ-ΠΟΥ, nude youth on horseback right, palm in right hand, reins in left; Celticized (?) bee below horse, rudder below raised foreleg. cf. Possibly a Celtic issue - the rudder and bee styles are very unlike the scant examples in Le Rider for this rare issue.
