HGC-4, 1848; Pegasi-424; BCD Corinth-Unlisted. Obverse: Pegasos flying left; Reverse: Helmeted head of Athena left; bow and quiver to right. This attractive piece is a very choice representative example of the popular type, with strong luster and only faint wear. A hint of an off-center strike and a slightly obfuscated symbol are the only detractions to this otherwise stunning piece.
