REGINA, crowned bust 1F left, wearing decorated bodice, rev. + SCVTVM : FIDEI : PROTEGET : EAM •, crowned square-topped shield, dividing E-R, 2.05g [31.6grns], 4h, m.m. cross crosslet (Schneider I, 748; Brown & Comber H5; North 1983; Spink 2522), struck with the Groat obverse die, polished, creased and cracked through portrait, otherwise a really bold fine, and scarcely appears at auction.
