Sultans of Malwa, square gold Token, 10.83g, modelled on Mohur of Ghiyath Shah (1469-1500), similar to G & G. M.67, but with ghiyath to left of sultan and unreadable mint / date on reverse, good very fine.

These tokens modelled on Mohurs of the Sultans of Malwa correspond very closely to genuine Mohurs, and may have been contemporaneous. They vary only in the molding of the edge, a slight legend variation, and the lack of a realistic date or mint formula.
