Victoria (1837-1901), Currency Halfcrown, 1839, type A3, two plain fillets, WW in block initials on truncation, edge milled, 13.99g, 6h (Adams, lots 655 = Waterbird 30 same dies; Davies 562; Bull 2711; ESC 672 [R4]; Spink 3887), smoothed flaw through date and base of neck, some further tooling above crown, once cleaned, otherwise residually lustrous, a bolder very fine, and of the highest rarity as a currency issue, in NGC holder, graded AU Details ~ Cleaned (Cert. #6295510-016).
