Greco-Baktrian Kingdom, Pantaleon AR Tetradrachm. Indo-Skythian imitation, circa 171-150 BC. Diademed and draped bust to right / Zeus enthroned to left, holding sceptre and statuette of Hekate, bearing two torches; BAΣIΛEΩΣ downwards to right, ΠΛΝYΛΛEOMTOΣ downwards to left, monogram to inner left. Good Very Fine; somewhat porous rev., planchet previously broken and then repaired. Imitating an exceedingly rare type of the enigmatic Pantaleon.
