EGYPT. Alexandria. Antoninus Pius, 138-161. Drachm (Bronze, 33.00 mm, 22.57 g, 12 h), the tenth labor of Herakles, Herakles and the oxen of Geryon, year 10 = 146-147. ΑYΤ Κ Τ ΑΙΛ ΑΔΡ - ΑΝΤωΝEΙΝΟC CEB EYC Laureate head of Antoninus Pius to right. Rev. L Δ Herakles advancing to left, lion's skin over his shoulder, leading two oxen of Geryon with his right hand and holding a club in his left; at his feet, body of Geryon. Dattari (Savio) 2621. Geissen 1542. RPC IV.4 Online temp. 13595.4 (this coin). Very rare. Dark brown and green patina. Very good/good fine.
