Charioteer driving quadriga walking to right, holding goad in his right hand and reins in his left; above, Nike flying right to crown the horses. Rev. ΣYRΑΚΟΣΙΟΝ Diademed head of Arethusa to right, her hair drawn up at the back and wearing pearl necklace; around, four dolphins swimming right. Boehringer 303 (V145/R210). HGC 2, 1307. Nicely toned. Flan fault (or traces of overstriking?) on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
