Sabina, Augusta, 128-136/7. Aureus (Gold, 19 mm, 7.24 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 133-135. SABINA AVGVSTA Draped bust of Sabina to right, wearing single stephane with unbraided hair piled up. Rev. VESTA Vesta, veiled, seated left on throne, holding palladium in her extended right hand and long scepter in her left. BMC 953. Calicó 1437. Cohen 79. RIC 2553. Beautifully toned. Tiny flan fault on Sabina's jaw, otherwise, good very fine.
