PVDICITIA AVG Pudicitia seated left, raising veil with her right hand and holding long scepter in her left. Cohen 52. Hunter -. RIC 123b. Extremely rare. Lightly toned and with a fine portrait. Struck from a slightly worn reverse die, otherwise, extremely fine.

This example, originating from the prestigious Imagines Imperatorum and Leo Benz Collections, is the only denarius of Otacilia Severa to show up on the market since its appearance in the Benz sale in 2000, which gives collectors an idea of just how rare the issue is.
