Peter I Rouble 1723-OK VF (Altered Surfaces), Red mint, KM162.3, Bit-860. Rosette above head, Dot in center of reverse. Small St. Andrew Cross. The surfaces show numerous small flan flaws, with overall porosity. It appears that the surfaces have been brushed heavily, possibly to try to remove the flan flaws. Not encapsulated due to altered surfaces, and sold with NGC tag. Sold as is, no returns.
