USA. With a mintage of 295,740 pieces the 1875 Double Eagle Philadelphia is easy to obtain in grades up to MS62.
About 110 pieces are surviving in MS63 (including this one) or finer, presumably with many resubmissions. PCGS/NGC together have only certified 12 pieces in MS64 or finer.
A popular coin in scarce condition.
