DEF. 5 POUNDS., Imperial State Crown rotated to emphasise the Stuart sapphire with the famous quote from the Queen's 21st birthday speech, 'MY WHOLE LIFE, WHETHER IT BE LONG OR SHORT, DEVOTED TO YOUR SERVICE', with the inscription SAPPHIRE JUBILEE above round, and the dates 1952-2017 below (S.L51). Brilliant proof as struck, graded by NGC as PF70 ULTRA CAMEO.
