Some light marks and a minor edge bump at 11 o'clock on reverse, toned with residual lustre, a rare pattern issue graded by NGC as MS63.

This pattern issue is noteworthy for being struck in the name of José María Medina Castejón, President of Honduras three times between 1864 and 1872. He was later executed by firing squad in 1878 in Santa Rosa de Copán.
