Charles I (1625-1649), Group G, Type 4.4, Sixpence, 1645-1646, Tower (under Parliament), late 'Aberystwyth' bust of neat style left, value behind, rev. square-topped shield over cross moline, 2.68g, 12h, m.m. sun (Brooker 656; North 2247; Spink 2819), irregular flan with usual peripheral striking softness and heavy doubling to shield on reverse, otherwise fair / good fine with hints of residual tone, rare.
