This coin published in The 100 Greatest Ancient Coins, Volume I, page 14, and Volume II, page 22.Exquisite little sphinx stands on a tunny with one forepaw raised. The details of this coin are beautifully sculpted and the sphinx has a beautiful archaic face with long braided hair. Almost imperceptible hairlines exist in front of the sphinx. Less than ten recorded. This beautiful little coin is a real treasure. EF
