TIB / KAI / CAP, emperor's name in three lines within laurel wreath tied with X at bottom / [IOY] - ΛIA / L - IA, upright palm branch bending to right at top dividing dedication and date across fields, all within dotted border. Mesh. AJC 19. VF for type, reverse 25% off-center; squarish, irregular flan with rim nicks; dark olive patina with gray deposits on obverse and scant ochre deposits on reverse.
