GREAT BRITAIN. Unite, ND (1618-19). London Mint; mm: plain cross. James I. NGC EF-40.
S-2620; Fr-234; N-2085. Second coinage, fifth bust. Obverse: Crowned and armored half-length bust right, holding orb and lis-tipped scepter; Reverse: Garnished square-topped coat-of-arms; crown above. Some minor strike doubling is noted, but this brilliant and lustrous example is otherwise free from much in the way of time in circulation and retains solid detail and golden allure.
