Folded for mailing; "Sample Copy" stamped on front cover; near fine. Bourne 1890-14. The official publication of the Galveston Philatelic Association. Mostly philatelic, with numismatic content in the form of "Notes for Coin Collectors," by Edward Payson Newcomer. Only three issues were published, according to Crawford. This is the only issue we have encountered. Crawford 766. Ex M. Bourne Library.
