All 8vo, original printed paper covers or self-covered, as issued. The June 1871 sale is hand-priced. Generally very good or better. A notable lot of these early Philadelphia sales, missing only a few of those published in traditional catalogue format (with several of the other Birch catalogues not here present being broadsides). Eight of the catalogues included here are Attinelli-era sales (i.e., pre-1876).
