Includes: Volume I, Nos. 4-12; Volumes II-VI, complete; Volume VII, Nos. 1-8 and 10-12; Volume VII (s/b Volume VIII), Nos. 1-6 and 11-12; Volume IX, No, 3; Volume X, Nos. 4-8 and 11-12; Volume XI complete; and Volume XII, Nos. 1-7. All 8vo, self-covered. Generally fine or nearly so. Bullowa (1912-1953) was a very well-regarded numismatist who began his professional numismatic career with the New Netherlands Coin Company before branching out on his own after acquiring the inventory of Ira Reed in 1946. His early death was considered a great loss to the hobby. His business was continued by his wife Catherine, who established a remarkably long-lasting business that continued for decades after.
