Austria 2.1.1925 P-91 PMG Gem UNC 65 EPQ 100/- Schillinge
The single finest known example of this wonderful note in the PMG population report, with beautiful colors in the underprint, and in our opinion one of the best designed Austrian notes and a true classic. The 1925 series of Austria is extremely popular but seldom available in better grades, and we are fortunate to be able to offer most denominations of that series in this sale. While the 20/- Schillinge is generally considered to be the scarcest, the exceptional eye-appeal of the 100/- Schillinge should not deter the grade-conscious collector from bidding on this piece. It very well could be many years before another Gem Uncirculated example of this denomination becomes available for sale.
