Dominion of Canada, $4, 1 May 1882, serial number 255698, signature Courtney and one hand-signed signature,, (Charlton DC-10, Pick 20), in PMG holder 25 Very Fine. Good appearance for type, only 3 higher grade example on PMG Census. The first of this interesting denomination printed by the Dominion Government. With only 1.2 million produced, a desirable note for any Canada collector, scarce.
