(S/M#T36-20). The note has exceptionally fresh and crisp paper with clear and colorful impressions of both red and black seals. We only note a single horizontal fold so it appears conservatively graded. A water stain in upper left corner is mentioned by PMG does not significantly distract from the beautiful appearance of the note.
