Ladies diamond dress ring, in 18ct gold (tot wt 6.90g), features a central marquise cut diamond (approx .75ct), bezel set, with two smaller brilliant cut diamonds at both sides (one approx .10ct and the other approx .015ct), both in one bezel setting, with four pronged side bands leading down to a solid lower band. Good very fine.
