CARLOS III (1759-1788). Delights of the Arts. (Ae. 158.33g/64mm). 1764. One-sided proof of the reverse hole. Two female figures symbolizing painting and architecture. In exergue: PS (Pedro Sepúlveda?) 1764. Almost Extremely Fine. The side without engraving has numerous marks. Very interesting. This work is most likely an engraving exercise based on a piece by Massimiliano Soldani-Benzi (1658-1740) made for the architect Cyro Ferri in 1680.
