PROBUS. Antoninian. (Ae. 3.67g/23mm). 278 AD Rome. (RIC 234). Obv: Bust radiated and with cuirass carrying banner with eagle to left, around legend: IMP CM AVR PROBVS PF AVG. Rev: Virtus standing left holding spear and shield, in exergue: Good, around legend: VIRTVS AVGVSTI. Extremely Fine. Mint openings, still a nice specimen.
