Published anonymously, it was written by Manuel Palacios Fajardo (1784-1819), a Venezuelan revolutionary and politician. Discusses the wars being fought in North, Central and South America for independence from Spain, including the Mexican War of Independence. Includes occasional references to coinage. Very scarce.
