Zeno-184356 (also mint & date off flan), same as the Zeno example but the same reverse legend is differently arranged, and citing the Fatimid caliph all-Hakim as al-imam al-mansur abu 'ali al-hakim bi-amr Allah amir al-mu'minin, VF to EF, RRR. This is the 2nd known example.
