Hellas with phoenix rising from flames, Acropolis in the background. Reverse; Legend in wreath and date 1906 soldered over the old 1896 plaque within wreath. The 1906 medals were manufactured from unused 1896 Athens Olympics participants medals. Pop 1; Only 2 examples graded by PCGS. One finer in SP-64. PCGS graded Specimen 62. Estimated Value $500 - 550
